- Your retailer can be found at the top right corner in the green frame. Make sure to select the right retailer.
- To make sure that your retailer has your products in inventory, we invite you to contact him directly.

We deliver your order
- If the retailer has your products, your order will be prepared the same day. However, if your products have to be shipped from the distribution center, it is possible to observe shipping delay from 1 to 5 days.
- An email will be sent to you to inform you that your order has arrived at your retailer.
- Contact your retailer for any question about your order.
Pick up your order at your nearest retailer at no cost*
- When you receive by email the confirmation that your order has arrived, you must pick up your order within 15 working days.
- After this delay, you may have to pay additional fees (up to 20%) to recover your order.
- Bring identification and a copy of your picking order.
*Handling fee of 5$ will be charged for all order under 35$. To avoid these fee, make sure to order for more than 35$ before tax.
LIVOS shall have the right at any time to change or modify the terms and conditions applicable to the User's use of livos.com, or any part thereof, or to impose new conditions, including, but not limited to, adding fees and charges for use. Any use of livos.com by the User after such notice shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by the User of such changes, modifications or additions. Pick-up in store

It is possible to indicate a third party for in-store pick-up.
This person must be 16 years old or older. You, or the authorized person, must bring a copy of the confirmation email as well as a piece of government-issued photo ID.
Home delivery through a LIVOS retailer
Once your order has arrived for pick-up at your LIVOS’ retailer, you can request home delivery, which is available from some dealers.
However, local delivery is at the discretion of the dealer, who makes these arrangements with the customer.
At all times, the dealer reserves the right to request an extra charge for delivery or not to offer this service.
Standard Shipping in THE UNITED STATES
If any retailer is available in your region, it will be possible to order directly from the LIVOS distribution center.
Standard shipping typically takes three to six business days. The transit time begins the first full shipping day after the package leaves our facility. As we do not ship during the weekend, please allow additional shipping time when you order on Saturday, Sunday or other Holidays.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you receive an email with shipping and tracking information. You can use your tracking number on the carrier's website to trace your order.
LIVOS is not liable for the inventory of its retailers. Availability, pricing and stock might vary between stores.
Moreover, many specialty products may take up to 4 to 6 weeks of shipping. LIVOS makes every effort to publish shipping delay in order to assure availability and fast delivery of the products on its website. However, LIVOS cannot guarantee rapid availability of these products. LIVOS will not be liable for any damages from stock shortages or delays in delivery.
The prices displayed on www.livos.com are based on the prices at which items are sold at its distribution centre.
Due to market fluctuations, LIVOS is not liable for prices changes featured on its website at any time, without prior notice.
The prices of products featured on livos.com may differ from the prices shown in retailer stores for the same products. The prices of identical products may also vary by retailer store. Moreover, additional charges may also be added in store.
When a product is delivered through a retailer, LIVOS will not charge for shipping fee.
However, handling fee of 5$ will be charged for all order under 35$.
To avoid these fees, make sure to order for more than 35$ before tax.
If for reason of distance, it is not possible to benefit from the service of a retailer, it will be possible to order directly from LIVOS distribution center. In this case, flat-shipping fees will be charged according to shipping localisation.
For any product purchased on livos.com, LIVOS will calculate and charge all applicable sales taxes based on the shipped-to location.
Payment/Billing for online purchases
When you purchase online, VISA and MasterCard credit cards are accepted.
For authorization purposes, payment information is transmitted to Beanstream™ via SSL and all PCI standards are respected.
When an online purchase is made, the payment page being sent to Beantream™ verification service, LIVOS does not hold the bank information submitted in its systems.
LIVOS reserves its right to confirm the validity of the transaction with the cardholder.
When you shop online, the entire payment for your purchase is charged to your credit card when you place your order.
Handling fees (if applicable), shipping fees (if applicable), Federal and provincial taxes are based on the prevailing rates at the time of purchase.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
Please note that custom paint or color stain containers as well as opened products are not exchangeable nor refundable.
You can request a non-custom color exchange, service that is offered by some retailers. However, this exchange service is at the discretion of the retailer. On any occasion, the retailer reserves the right to charge an additional fee or not to offer this service.
Unopened colorless products and accessories can be exchanged or refunded. However, the costs of delivery of returns or exchanges (up to 20%) are the responsibility of the customer. In addition, any initial fee will not be refunded in the event of a return. In the event of an error on our part or if a product proves to be defective, any shipping charges will be supported by LIVOS.
To obtain a refund from a LIVOS website purchase, simply contact the retailer you selected for your purchase or call 1 877 909-3123 (toll-free) Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (ET). Please quote the order number indicated in the email you received.
