Refund policy
Please note that all the special orders, opened or damaged products are not exchangeable nor refundable. For standard orders, you can request color exchange to any of our retailers that are offering that service. However, this exchange service is at the discretion of the retailer. The retailer reserves the right to charge an additional fee or not to offer this service. In this eventuality, please contact us.
Unopened products and accessories can be exchanged or refunded if they are in a "as new" condition. However, fees of return or exchange of 20% are applicable to cover shipping and restocking fees. In addition, any initial fee will not be refunded in the event of a return. Also, if, because of the credit, the initial invoice falls below the minimum required amount for free shipping, shipping fees for the initial order will also be deducted.
